I had bought a unit thru John at 1996. Since then I had John to help me to mange the rental. He has shown his management skill thru the years and build up his own office. He knows the property market extremely well and He has provided the professional services all the year round. When I was thinking to sell my unit last Nov, I look for no one but John to help me. He had contribution the proper idea of the renovation. The way that suit the best result of the selling with minimum effort. Even the clearance rate on my auction day is only 66% , I still got an offer. In a very difficult COVID19 lockdown environment, John took the whole family through the journey of making a tough decision of selling the family home. What was awesome is that John helped us with advice on setting up the house for sale, attended all meetings, appointments and inspections, gave us very open, constructive and honest feedback along the way, and successfully managed to engage prospective buyers in the sale process. All the time continually keeping the family informed of where things were at and what we were to expect going forward. The actual sale was relatively quick and fairly uneventful which made the process stress free for our elderly parents.
