The process of changing Property Managers is easier than you think and shouldn’t cost you. In fact the process only takes about 10 minutes to switch to a better property management experience.
1. Tell us about your property. We will ask some simple questions about you and your property such as the current rent and lease agreement details.
2. Sign agency agreement. Provide us with important information including where we should transfer your rent. We’ll notify your current agent so you don’t have to.
3. Leave the rest to us. We will take care of everything for you, right through to collecting keys and the tenancy file from the current agent and then contacting your renters to welcome them. We will conduct a full review of the tenancy to optimize your return.
