As a landlord of a private investment property, Grace brings first-hand appreciation of the importance of managing expectations with both landlords, tenants and all the implications that come with this mammoth responsibility.

Commencing her career in retail and promotions, Grace has been consistently recognised for delivering exceptional customer service. So, it was not by chance that Grace joined our team in 2014. She was attracted to the industry for a long time and her choice of beginning her career was an easy one, as she wanted to learn from John’s vast experience as the area’s most respected, but at times cheeky, Real Estate agent, as she experienced his skill for many years as a landlord and knew his approach worked.

Grace’s high-level communication skills, friendly disposition and ability to develop strong bonds with landlords and tenants, is proved to be a winning combination. Grace is so good at what she does that she was recognised with our previous franchise group as the state’s number one property manager many times in her 3 years spent in her role as property manager.
