My Little Penthouse…
"There's so much about my apartment, that sends off some penthouse vibes. It's on the very top floor, where no one looks through my big windows from its prime corner position, where the living room enjoys flickering city lights and the bedroom enjoys a picture-perfect sun setting for lazing on the bed, being on top of the world.

Now the floorplan, is so also so good! I've always loved how the hallway entrance makes greeting guests a little more formal and the ease of having a separate bathroom in case I hadn't done my bed, if those guests came around unannounced. Lounging and dining has also been successful in this open plan layout as the kitchen is thoughtfully designed in its own place cleverly hiding the fridge and don't worry there's room for a pantry cupboard, if your more of a cooker then me. Must haves for me were also having a bath, internal laundry facilities, cooling and easy car park, so if they are also your non-negotiables, you're in luck here.

Location was a real winner for me, as I've been able to walk and grab a good morning coffee down the other side of Clyde at Rat Café and host a movie night with grabbing some authentic pizzas just around the corner on Darebin Road. So many other lifestyle advantages living here have been the ease to have a dip at Northcote pools or a chilled walk around All Nation Parklands.
